We were first-time homebuyers, so we had tons of questions throughout the process, and she constantly went to bat for us. She even helped us find a helpful broker to get pre-qualified before we started touring houses when we weren't sure if we would even qualify after returning from living overseas for many years. Every time we needed to negotiate something, we walked out ahead of what we expected because of her diligence. It was such a great process. We were fortunate to have her on our side. If we ever outgrow our awesome home or decide to move somewhere else (which we can't imagine doing anytime soon), she will be the first person we call. We can't recommend Patricia highly enough.
